Über die Unvereinbarkeit der Kommunistischen Partei Deutschlands (KPD) mit der sogenannten „World Antiimperialist Platform“ (WAP)

Im Zusammenhang der Auflösung der ehemaligen Internationalen Kommission der KPD (IK) wurde auch die Annäherung einzelner, mittlerweile zum Teil ausgeschlossener Mitglieder an die „World Antiimperialist Platform“ (WAP) kritisiert. Gerade die Zusammenarbeit einzelner Mitglieder, die im Namen der KPD gemeinsam mit der WAP Veranstaltungen organisierten und an diesen teilnahmen, war in der Vergangenheit bereits Anlass zu Kritik und machte es nun notwendig die Unvereinbarkeit der KPD mit der WAP zu erklären.

Aus dem Programm der WAP (https://wap21.org/?p=390) geht hervor, dass sie den Imperialismus vom Kapitalismus trennt, der nicht ein einziges Mal erwähnt wird, und in der Folge die Vormachtstellung von USA und NATO mit dem Imperialismus gleichsetzt. China und Russland seien im Gegensatz dazu Teil eines „antiimperialistischen Lagers“, welches gegen den US-Imperialismus unterstützt werden müsse, was die Aufgabe des proletarischen Klassenstandpunktes, zugunsten der Interessen einzelner Imperialisten und in der Folge auch die Aufgabe des proletarischen Internationalismus bedeutet.

Die KPD stellt dagegen fest, dass es ohne Sozialismus keinen Antiimperialismus gibt. Die kapitalistische Produktionsweise führt aus ihrer eigenen Logik, dem Wertgesetz, zum Imperialismus und der Imperialismus selbst ist nichts anderes als der Kapitalismus unserer Epoche. Den Imperialismus ohne Aufhebung der kapitalistischen Produktions- und Eigentumsverhältnisse zu bekämpfen, kann folglich nie zum Sturz des Imperialismus führen, sondern muss in der Praxis auf die Parteinahme für einzelne Mächte im imperialistischen Weltsystem hinauslaufen. Ein „Antiimperialismus ohne Sozialismus“ steht daher nicht auf dem Standpunkt des Proletariats, sondern repräsentiert das Interesse einzelner Imperialisten im Kampf gegen ihre Konkurrenten.

Darüber hinaus kritisiert die KPD scharf die schädliche und spalterische Rolle, die die WAP in der internationalen kommunistischen Bewegung spielt. Passend zu ihrem „Antiimperialismus“, der nicht gegen den Imperialismus an sich gerichtet ist, konzentriert sich die WAP in ihrer Tätigkeit vor allem auf die Diffamierung und den Kampf gegen verschiedene kommunistische Parteien allen voran die Kommunistische Partei Griechenlands (KKE). Hierdurch offenbart sich ebenfalls der tatsächliche antiproletarische Klassencharakter der WAP.

Auch die „bunte“ Zusammensetzung der WAP von bürgerlichen, teils nationalistischen und rassistischen Parteien, wie z.B. der „Vanguardia Española“, über das gesamte politische Spektrum bis hin zu kommunistischen Parteien, mit denen wir in der Vergangenheit Kontakte pflegten, wurde kritisiert. Beispielsweise an der Beteiligung der venezolanischen Regierungspartei PSUV an der WAP und dem Verhalten der Plattform gegenüber der Repression der Kommunistischen Partei Venezuelas (PCV) zeigt sich, dass ein solches Bündnis mit bürgerlichen Parteien aller Couleur mit einem proletarischen Klassenstandpunkt und internationaler Solidarität unvereinbar ist.

Aufgrund der obengenannten Widersprüche zwischen der WAP und den Grundsätzen der KPD wurde vom ZK der KPD die Unvereinbarkeit der KPD mit der WAP beschlossen, was eine Zusammenarbeit mit dieser Plattform ausschließt.

Zur abschließenden Einschätzung des Charakters der kommunistischen Parteien, die sich an der WAP beteiligen, besteht noch Klärungsbedarf. Die Kommissionen der KPD wurden in diesem Sinne beauftragt diese Fragen eingehender zu beleuchten und rasch zu einer Klärung beizutragen.

On the incompatibility of the Communist Party of Germany (KPD) with the so-called "World Antiimperialist Platform" (WAP)

In connection with the dissolution of the former International Commission of the KPD (IC), the rapprochement of individual members, some of whom have since been expelled, with the "World Antiimperialist Platform" (WAP) was also criticised. It was precisely the cooperation of individual members who organised and participated in events together with the WAP in the name of the KPD that had already given rise to criticism in the past and now made it necessary to declare the incompatibility of the KPD with the WAP.

The WAP's programme (https://wap21.org/?p=390) shows that it separates imperialism from capitalism, which is not mentioned once, and subsequently equates the supremacy of the USA and NATO with imperialism. China and Russia, on the contrary, are declared to be part of an "anti-imperialist camp" which must be supported against US imperialism, which means the abandonment of the proletarian class standpoint, in favour of the interests of individual imperialists and, as a consequence, the abandonment of proletarian internationalism.

The KPD, on the other hand, states that without socialism there is no anti-imperialism. The capitalist mode of production leads to imperialism from its own logic, the law of value, and imperialism itself is nothing other than the capitalism of our epoch. Consequently, fighting imperialism without abolishing capitalist production and property relations can never lead to the overthrow of imperialism, but must in practice amount to taking sides with individual powers in the imperialist world system. An "anti-imperialism without socialism" therefore does not stand on the standpoint of the proletariat, but represents the interest of individual imperialists in the struggle against their competitors.

Furthermore, the KPD sharply criticises the harmful and divisive role played by the WAP in the international communist movement. In line with its "anti-imperialism", which is not directed against imperialism as such, the WAP concentrates in its activities mainly on defamation and the struggle against different communist parties, first and foremost the Communist Party of Greece (KKE). This also reveals the real anti-proletarian class character of the WAP.

The " diverse " composition of the WAP from bourgeois, partly nationalist and racist parties, such as the "Vanguardia Española", across the entire political spectrum to communist parties, with which we have had contacts in the past, has also been criticised. For example, the participation of the Venezuelan ruling party PSUV in the WAP and the Platform's behaviour towards the repression of the Communist Party of Venezuela (PCV) shows that such an alliance with bourgeois parties of all hues is incompatible with a proletarian class standpoint and international solidarity.

Because of the above-mentioned contradictions between the WAP and the principles of the KPD, the CC of the KPD decided that the KPD was incompatible with the WAP, which rules out cooperation with this platform.

Clarification is still needed on the final assessment of the character of the communist parties participating in the WAP. In this sense, the commissions of the KPD were instructed to shed more light on these questions and to contribute quickly to a clarification.
